Great article Paul.
with all this private and continuous messaging I know exactly when some people have their coffee break, lunch break or there in bathroom. Only thing I did not figure out yet, with all their useless and private messaging, when do have time to sleep.

Nice post Paul! This article brings up a good question. While employees should have their privacy, it's expected that one is going to see if their employees are representing the company well. There's an excellent whitepaper download from Palo Alto Networks, “To Block or Not. Is that the question?” here: http://bit.ly/d2NZRp. It has lots of insightful and useful information about identifying and controlling Enterprise 2.0 apps (Facebook, Twitter, Skype, AIM, etc). I think you'll find it interesting.
