Jane Ann Himsel

Jane Ann Himsel is a Shareholder in the Indianapolis office of the law firm Littler Mendelson. Management relies on Jane Ann to help them minimize employment litigation through creative problem solving, particularly in the area of religious accommodation, and to represent them in litigation that cannot be avoided. She helps secular employers accommodate their employees’ religious beliefs and practices, and has experience in the application of the Title VII partial exemption for religious organizations and the ministerial exception.
