Prior to joining the company in 2009, Rob held senior management positions at Ultimate Software and Workbrain (now Infor), following a long career in professional services, business development and product management for multiple customers, vendors and consulting firms in the Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industries.
