Dr. Mimi Singer Lee, PHR, is an HR executive with over 20 years of comprehensive human resource management experience including recruitment, employment, selection, retention, and training and development. She currently serves as the executive vice president/chief human resources officer at b1BANK. She holds a doctorate in leadership and human resource development. Dr. Lee is a past president of the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management.
