Larry Kleinman is executive vice president, chief human resources officer for Highmark Health.
Having joined the organization in 2015, Mr. Kleinman is responsible for all aspects of human resources across Highmark Health, including compensation, organization effectiveness, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion and talent management.
Prior to joining Highmark Health, Mr. Kleinman worked for Covenant Health, where he served as executive vice president of human resources. His career experience has also included SAP, a global HR software company, as well as Providence Health & Services and Campbell Soup. He brings to Highmark Health extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce and organizational change strategies, succession planning and talent acquisition and management.
Mr. Kleinman holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Ithaca College in New York and a master's degree in human resources management from the New School for Social Research in New York. He also completed the Harvard Executive Program.
Mr. Kleinman is active in the community through his past involvement on several boards including United Way of Knoxville, Legacy Parks and Tennessee Wesleyan College.
