Laura is the Founder and CEO of 29Bison and oversees the firm’s advisory services, organization design, talent assessment, and coaching activities. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and administration at the executive and leadership level and in a consulting capacity. Laura holds an EdD in Human and Organization Learning from The George Washington University, and MSA in Human Resources Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Industrial Psychology from Moravian College.
