Linda Mougalian is the Vice President of Product Management and Chief Product Owner driving the product strategy for ADP’s Major Accounts Business. At the center of the Major Accounts portfolio is Workforce Now,  a robust SaaS HCM offering helping over 60,000 clients manage their HR, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, Talent and Payroll in a single integrated platform. Linda leads a Product Management team who work closely with Research and Develop to deliver a powerful HCM solution geared toward the needs of our target market of employers with 50 – 1,000 employees.  She has over 20 years of experience in Product Management and is a 19 year veteran of ADP. She has spent much of her ADP career in Product Management and Strategy for Major Accounts.
