Sedef is a Lead Consultant at Proactive Talent Strategies focused on employer branding, recruiting programs and talent engagement. Prior to joining our team, Sedef has led Human Resources and Program Recruiting teams as well as launched Employer Brand programs at both large multi-nationals, such as Cisco and Ernst & Young, and fast-growing, pre-IPO companies such as ThoughtWorks, SpaceX and Sonos.
Her 18+ year career in the HR and recruiting space has turned into a passion for driving employer branding, strategic talent engagement and the development of persona-driven social tactics to attract talent.
In addition to building out people programs, Sedef has delivered customized trainings in Personal Branding, Social Sourcing, Effective Assessment Techniques, Coaching and Feedback, as well as Employer Branding for audiences at all levels and backgrounds.
