Alen Brcic serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Methodist Health System. Prior to coming to Methodist Health System, Brcic held various leadership roles at Vanderbilt Health and Novant Health. Most recently, Brcic served as Chief People Officer at Mercyhealth, a health system that spans seven hospitals, a large medical group, home health & hospice division, and a wholly owned insurance company serving communities northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
Brcic is passionate about healthcare. In addition to his healthcare background, his experience is bolstered by his technology and business acumen, having founded, operated, and successfully sold a technology first professional services company. He received his Bachelor of Science and MBA from Lipscomb University.
