This article is part of a series called ERE Media Conferences.

There are lots of good reasons to attend TLNT’s High Performance Workforce Summit May 6-7 in Atlanta, but just in case great speakers with great titles and great insights weren’t enough, here’s one more:

Strategic recertification credits from HRCI, the HR Certification Institute.

ERE Media, the parent company of TLNT, and HRCI, have announced “a partnership to promote HRCI certification.” As part of this collaboration, “HRCI has agreed to provide strategic recertification credits to delegates who will be attending ERE Media’s TLNT High Performance Workforce Summit, May 6-7, 2015 in Atlanta … Additionally, HRCI will promote TLNT’s High Performance Workforce Summit to certified HR professionals as an opportunity to maintain their certification.”

A great way to earn strategic recertification credits

There has been a lot of debate about HR certifications in the news this past year, but whatever you have read or heard, the HRCI certifications remain the gold standard for human resource professionals to validate their professional expertise, and finding opportunities to acquire strategic credits to apply towards recertification is always a challenge.HPWS15_header_2

That’s the beauty of this partnership — and it’s another great reason to attend TLNT’s High Performance Workforce Summit in May. Not only do you get to hear from smart talent management leaders (like Stacey Valy Panayiotou, VP of Global Talent & Development at Coca-Cola, or Jeri Buchholz, NASA’s Chief Human Capital Officer), and great HR thinkers (like Dave Ulrich, “one of the world’s leading human capital/HR experts” according to the Harvard Business Review), but you ALSO get strategic recertification credits from HRCI, too.

And if that’s not enough reasons to join us in Atlanta May 6-7, here’s one more: If you register by Feb. 28, you get $300 off the regular registration.

Last year’s High Performance Workforce Summit was a critical success, and attendees gave it one of the highest scores of any conference that ERE Media has ever done in 15 years of putting on events. We expect the 2015 High Performance Workforce Summit, at Atlanta’s Omni CNN Center Hotel (a great venue) to be better still.

More on the HRCI partnership

By the way, here is a little more on the partnership between ERE Media and HRCI that makes these recertification credits at the High Performance Workforce Summit May 6-7 possible. From the HRCI press release:

ERE Media, Inc. and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) today announced a partnership to promote HRCI certification.

As part of this collaboration, HRCI has agreed to provide strategic recertification credits to delegates who will be attending ERE Media’s TLNT High Performance Workforce Summit, May 6-7, 2015 in Atlanta, Ga. Additionally, HRCI will promote TLNT’s High Performance Workforce Summit to certified HR professionals as an opportunity to maintain their certification.

HRCI is the leading certification provider for the global HR profession with more than 135,000 certificants in 100 countries. ERE Media hosts the global leader in HR information services in TLNT, which was recognized recently as THE top HR website to read in 2015 by HR Gazette. Besides providing HR news and information, TLNT hosts top conferences and events for HR leadership focused on the Future of HR. …

‘Besides offering strategic credits to High Performance Workforce Conference delegates, we are looking forward to working with HRCI to help grow certification in the HR space,’ said Ron Mester, president of ERE Media, Inc. ‘We feel passionately that HR leaders continue to enhance their skills and stay relevant in this ever-changing and competitive work landscape.’

‘We are thrilled to partner with ERE Media, TLNT, and the rest of ERE Media’s properties,’ said HRCI CEO Amy Schabacker Dufrane, Ed.D., SPHR, CAE. ‘ERE Media is incredibly successful at providing recruiting and sourcing trends and issues for human resources, as well as recruiting and sourcing professionals. HRCI certified professionals are leaders in their fields and the expertise that ERE Media’s properties provide will be invaluable to their professional development. For years, TLNT and ERE Media have been our go to source for HR information. We couldn’t have chosen a better partner to help us move into the future of HR certification.’ “
