Kathleen Brenk might ask you why you have so many; maybe even why you have a handbook at all. Now HR Strategist with CareerWise Colorado, Brenk was VP of People & Culture at Trust Company of America, when she laid out “The 5 Rules of HR” at a DisruptHR Denver presentation in 2014.

In just over five minutes, Brenk explains her five rules, and none of them are what you might expect.
