Nancy L. Vary

Nancy L. Vary is the director of the compliance consulting center at Xerox HR Services. She joined Xerox in 2007 and has more than 25 years of legal experience and over 10 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Xerox, she was Chief Employment and Litigation Counsel for a public communications company, Labor Counsel for a major real estate firm, and practiced in the labor and employment section of a major national law firm. She actively monitors state and federal regulatory developments, legislation and court decisions affecting employers.
