What are you doing to ensure your best team members don’t jump ship?

I ask because, this past July, the BLS reported 5.7 million job openings, 1 million of which were new.

This is the highest number since 2000. On top of this, the percentage of the total population who are employed is at an all-time low.

Forget exit interviews

If you want to keep your top talent on board, let me suggest you skip those pointless Exit Interviews (aka, “closing the barn door after the horse is out”) and conduct employee retention or stay interviews instead.

One of the easiest ways to do this is to have the employees you don’t want to lose complete our newly released Pre-Interview Questionnaire (PIQ). Although its primary purpose is to screen-in the applicants who are worthy of an in-person interview, it is also a fantastic Stay Interview that will help you keep your crew on board and happy.

For more information, email info@humetrics.c with “PIQ” in the subject line.
