Molly is the Director of Early Careers Recruiting & Programs at BILL, the leading provider of cloud-based software that automates financial processes for small and mid-sized businesses. In this role, she launched the company’s first campus recruiting strategy, developing partnerships with universities and student organizations and building a team of Early Career recruiters and program managers. In addition to heading the Early Careers function, Molly leads BILL’s Talent Acquisition diversity initiatives company-wide.

Prior to joining BILL, Molly led recruiting teams at Walmart, PayPal and Georgia-Pacific. Molly enjoys working with students and helping them navigate through the challenges of launching their careers. She is active in the alumni association for her own alma mater, Cornell University, and has also served as an alumni advisor for the University of San Francisco chapter of Delta Delta Delta.

Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. She currently resides in Napa, California with her rescue dog, Leo, and, in her free time, enjoys yoga, wine tasting, cooking and travel.

As the GE Aerospace US Early Career Recruiting Leader, Alissa leads the strategy, process, and team behind the attraction, recruitment, and hiring of early careers talent in the US.  Her goal is to attract, recruit, and hire the most quality, diverse early career talent wanting to advance the future of flight through GE Aerospace’s internship/coop and leadership program opportunities.  Starting as an early career program member herself on the Edison Engineering Development Program, Alissa’s 20-year career through GE Aerospace spans engineering, commercial, and HR.

Alissa holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s in Aero/Astro from MIT.  She lives and works in the Cincinnati area with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.  Much of her time is spent enjoying moments with family and friends; she is also a Jersey girl, an avid Yankees and Cornell hockey fan, and has on her bucket list to visit every MLB ballpark (19 down, 11 to go!).

She specializes in creating internship opportunities for high school, college, and graduate level students across all areas of business. Lindsay is a powerful force when it comes to advocating for her interns and creating inclusive environments for them to grow their careers in Corporate America.
