Kevin W. Grossman is the VP of Research at ERE Media responsible for talent acquisition and candidate experience research. Formerly President of Talent Board and the Candidate Experience Awards, Talent Board merged with ERE Media in 2023. The CandEs as they’re known is the first research program focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Kevin has over 25 years of domain expertise in HR and recruiting and has written two books: Tech Job Hunt Handbook in 2012 from Apress, and Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance in 2022 from Kogan Page.
