Throughout his career, he has built and scaled the talent acquisition and employer branding function for numerous organizations including leading the recruiting function of a healthcare company through the teeth of the Covid pandemic. He has been able to experience exceptional recruiting results through quickly building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizations he has worked at, strong collaboration with team members while always taking a team approach, building out enterprise-wide recruiting education programming, and having an insatiable drive to get quick and exceptional results. Blake has spoken at multiple national conferences including SourceCon, ERE, and the National Association for Healthcare Recruiters Association’s annual conference.
