Dr. Kevin Lewis is president and founder of LHE, Inc., and consults with a variety of clients on organizational effectiveness and large scale change management. He was a professor of management in the College of Business and Economics of Houston Baptist University. He was formerly an internal organization development consultant for Chevron Corporation. He has extensive experience in executive coaching, selection, knowledge management systems, organization design, 360 feedback systems, information technology implementation, and team and executive development.
